This project in Brandon, FL. was in dire need of a Roof Improvement so Total Home Roofing was personally selected from the Customer to have this properly done. We came in and provided exceptional customer service by continuing customer communication while removing and replacing the roof. Within a couple of days, the project was complete. Complete shingle tear off and remodel for this Customer in Brandon, FL. A great deal of torn shingles, a couple of older Whirly Birds, and a tarp was noticed when completing the site inspection before the re-roof process began. Total Home Roofing selected a team and started the job. We eliminated all the obsolete materials and replaced them with underlayment, gorgeous Teak colored shingles, and added brand new Ridge Vents. 

This flat / shingle job had quite a bit of issues. There were some tarps on the roof indicating several leaks as well as a flat portion of the roof that needed a taper system to add pitch to the roof so rain can drain properly. Customer was extremely ready to get started with Total Home Roofing. We ordered all the necessary supplies needed to create and complete a fantastic new roof. Everyone was delighted with how the roof renovation turned out.
