Integrity, honesty, and professionalism. This is what I think of Luis and Hector. Luis came out to give me a bid on my roof. He’s very honest fourth right and explained everything to me about the company and the work that would be done and the cost. I could tell by speaking to Luis that he was being honest with me. By this time I had no less than five previous roofing contractors out to my home. Luis was the only one that was upfront about everything with me and was able to answer my questions and concerns, without trying to cut corners. Your pricing was spot on and I’m totally satisfied with what I’ve received. Hector was honest with me and very knowledgeable about the work that was being done. Upon arrival, Hector introduced himself and was very polite. Hector explained to me about the work that was being and about the material being used and once again asked me if I had any questions or concerns, and once again informed me that if any time during the project there was any questions or concerns to please speak to him and that he would immediately take care of it. Upon Hector’s return to inspect the roof. He once again encouraged me to speak up about any questions or concerns. I had about the job at that time. The only thing that came to mind was that I hadn’t said anything about the crew that had worked on my roof. They were excellent workers they got in here. Got the job done and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you for a job. Well done.
