My estimator was Andy Ward, he was very good at communicating with me, went to do the estimate the next day I asked for one, he was on time. He already had the measurements for the house, went on the roof and gave me the estimate in 10 minutes. The company before him had me 1hour listening to a presentation. He offered me the extended warranty, the best materials and 1 year payments same as cash with 0% interest, and a $500 senior discount, so the price was slightly less with better materials, warranty, easy of payment and quick. They had the roof done in less than a week with the best quality. I really recommend Total Home roofing and Andy Ward for the estimator.
