Starting the portion of removing the old shingles
Total Home Roofing removes all of the old, torn shingles off the roof to prepare for the new Roof Installation
An area where the wood was damaged
Any areas like this we see in the process will be removed and replaced with new wood
Replaced decking (wood) that was damaged
The damaged portion of the decking was replaced
Installing new protective layer over the wood before we place shingles
Placed new underlayment onto the decking for protection against leaks
Total Home Roofing is applying the new Ridge Vents at the peak for proper ventilation
A ridge vent is being placed in position. Just need to add the shingles on top of it. Work in progress!
